WHAT WARRANTY DOES XPEL'S ULTIMATE FUSION™ COME WITH?
The warranty offered by XPEL, Inc. provides coverage for their ULTIMATE FUSION™ product. Within the 10-year period from the installation date, it covers defects such as yellowing, cracking, blistering, and delaminating, while the additional 4-year coverage from the installation date includes protection against oxidation, loss of gloss, UV damage, and fading.
WILL CLEAR BRA CHANGE THE APPEARANCE OF MY PAINT?
Xpel Ultimate film is optically clear when installed on paint. The clear bra film is virtually undetectable if you do not know it is on the vehicle. The edges of the film follow the contour of the body of your vehicle. PPF is difficult to see once it is properly applied. The film is 95% clear.
ARE ALL EDGES WRAPPED ON EVERY INSTALL?
We install Xpel’s DAP program with 100% computer plotted patterns. We extend and wrap edges that we believe are not prone to failure. Just because the material CAN be wrapped around some areas, does not mean it SHOULD be installed that way. Since we guarantee our installs, we don’t want to install something that we professionally believe is going to fail prematurely. We want to guide you to what is going to be the best value for your money and time. Since the clear bra film relies on a very small amount of adhesive to stay in place, certain edges and curves are best not wrapped. Anything you may like extended/wrapped outside of software recommendations will need to be requested separately prior to booking a package.
HOW LONG DOES CLEAR BRA LAST?
Today’s Paint Protection Film lasts longer than ever. We have seen cars with older substandard films dry out and yellow within two years. Our film backed by a 10 year warranty to warrant against cracking, bubbling, or yellowing of the film. We recommend adding a Ceramic coating on top of the clear bra for the ultimate longevity of gloss and ease of cleaning.
CAN CLEAR BRA BE INSTALLED ON OLDER VEHICLES?
Yes. But, any vehicle with scratches, swirls, chips, or oxidation should be fixed before applying PPF film. New clear bra films are so optically clear, some scratches will be visible through the film. We can evaluate the paint finish with you and give our expert opinion of how to proceed.
CAN YOU CERAMIC COAT MY CLEAR BRA?
Yes, we can! We highly recommend ceramic coating over clear bra. Ceramic coating can extend the life of the clear and many of it’s biggest benefits.
